A week ago I photographed Jazzva - an a capella group, that my friend and coworker Klemen sings in. It was an unique experience even though photos weren't great. Yep, I can produce average photos, no... wrong! - when I have a really good day and I'm in a good mood and when there is lots of action going on stage - then I can produce great photos... the other ones are average. And that day I was feeling ill and I was so fucking tired but I managed to get myself together to shoot a show as I promised. It was a sitting concert, so I was just shooting from behind and from sides because I really didn't want to disturb the audience.
And most of the photos turned out funny because when you feel the music and sing with passion, you really do funny faces when singing... it's just different than shooting punk or metal gigs.
Oh yeah, I'm waiting for a package :) I ordered macro rings from ebay, but the package is still not here after one month and the seller does not respond to my email, so I'm getting a little pissed because I have a project in mind.
Other than that, my days are the same almost everyday... work - lunch - creeping around on facebook - watching some tv shows - sleeping... and repeat that everyday.
Waiting to concert season to begin... hopefully I'll fill my gig shoot plan very soon :)
